Refund Policy

At SANA, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.​

Returns for Damaged & Missing Products:
If your order arrives with physical damage, or if any of the ordered products are missing, we would require an unboxing video clearly showing the product being removed from the original packaging. This helps us verify the damage, and/or missing items, and process your return quickly.

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory for damaged product claims and missing product claims.

  • The video must begin before the package is opened and must clearly show the products and damage.

  • In the absence of such a video, returns for physical damage or missing items will not be accepted.

 

Returns for Other Issues:
Returns can still be processed without an unboxing video in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.

Apart from the conditions mentioned above, please note: 

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

To initiate a return, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your order at sanajewelofjoy@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we will provide a detailed instructions on next steps to pickup your order.

Refunds: 

On the receipt of the products in its original form and condition, we will initiate the refund which shall be credited in your account within 15 business days,

Please note, gift cards and products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
